Resolved Question: How do you become a Police Officer in Coos Bay Oregon?

My dad has been a sheriff here in California for 30 years and he says requirements for becoming a cop are different from when he became one in 1982, I have wanted to be a piano player but I quess ever since I was little I have wanted to be a cop in Oregon. So how do I become a cop in Coos Bay Oregon?
