Resolved Question: Best coastal city to live in Oregon?

I have been living off and on in Portland and it's metro area for the past 7 years now and nothing has really raised my eyebrows enough to settle down and stay. I have also traveled all around this country and lived in 3 other states and I know that my heart is in Oregon so I want to live here but I cant do the whole "Portland thing" any longer. I would like to try a coastal city, Seaside, Astoria and Coos Bay are the only ones I can think of right now. A city that gets some tourism would be nice, What I am looking for is a city with these average to above average qualities 1. Job market 2. Housing costs 3. Singles/ Nightlife 4. High concentration of 20 somethings I would not want to waste time and resources scoping out a small city with no job market and no single women to date or anything fun to do, I would also like a place with rent cheaper than the Portland average.
